Subject of this agreement is to define the rights and the liabilities of the parties involved in buying and selling the product of which the quantity ,the price and the delivery specified in accordance with the provisions of the agrements with distance of the Consumer Protection Act ,article 4077 .
Article 2- Setting up of the Agrement
2.1 Having read and understood the rights and the liabilities , the buyer approves of the agreement.
2.2 The buyer and the seller agrees upon that the actions to be taken and the agreemet have no inconsistencies and actions to be taken by each parties lay within that transaction and have no inadequacies.
2.3 The buyer ,by his free will ,consciously decides that the actions to be taken in the transactions are in his favour and does not suffer from any hardship finacial or otherwise.
2.4 The buyer and the seller agrees upon that there are no articles in this agreement which favours either the buyer or the seller hence is unjust.
2.5 This agreement ,related suplements and the information given about the transactions carried out on aaa.com and the matters agreed on ,satisfies the article 6 of the legislation which covers the subject of sales campaigns and the sales made by electronic means .
2.6 The ruling of this agreement ,in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act , does not include any unjust ruling for the consumer ,therefore , does not disagree with the principals of good will and honesty and is prepared to protect the rights of the consumer.
2.7 The provisions of this agreement is set up in accordance with the legislation 6098 of new Debts Laws too. The inspections of contents and the bindings which is propesed by the article 21 of the New Debts Legislagiton is to be observed by the buyer. None of the povisions of this agreement is designed to mislead or misguide the consumer . They are written in a clear and comprehensible manner which have no hidden meanings.

Article 6 – General Provisions
6.1 The buyer declares his confirmation of the aformentioned information in article 5 about the basic quality, the price , the payment method and the delivery of the goods and approves of the sale electronically .
6.2 Agrement Product , with the condition of not to exceed 30 legal days , according to the distance of the location stated by the customer, is to be delivered to the customer or to the person or the establishment stated by the customer in the time aformentioned in the agrement. This time could only be delayed by ten days as long as the customer is notified by means of written notification.
6.3 The seller could not be held responsible for refusal the delivery by the person or the establishment, if the forementioned product is to be delivered to a person or an establishment other than the customer.
6.4 The seller is responsible for the delivery of the agreed product to be complete ,in good condition and within the specifications agreed on. The seller can provide a different procuct within the specifications of the customer in the time limit specified if there was a reasonable reason for a failure .
6.5 for the delivery of the agreed product ,It is essential for the product to be paid in full and the purchase to be confirmed electronically . For any reason, if the payment is cancelled or not made ,the seller is relieved of the responsibility to deliver.
6.6 The seller is liable to notify the customer for the adverse conditions that may occur in weather or transportation which may play part in the late delivery of the agreed product. In this case ,the customer could choose to cancel the order or delay it till the conditions improve. If the customer excercises his right to cancel the order then the payment made is to be paid back within ten days.
6.7 In the case of payment failure by the customer ,the seller has the right to follow the legal procedures to collect the payement and the interest that may occur for the transacion date agreed on for the goods purchased.
Article 7 – Right of Recantation
By the heading of the clause 4 of the article 7 of the rights to recantation in accordance with the provisions of the distant agrements ; The customer has not got the right to recantation if all the requirements of the sale are met by the seller . Furthermore, due to the nature of the goods which are not suitable to last long periods or prone to decay in short time .
Article 8 – Authorized Court
All the objections and complaints due to the agrement are to made to the Consumers Court or the Arbitration Board where the seller resides in accordance with the financial budget that has been decided in every April by the Customs and Excise.
